Time and the 2-week promise. The time under each price is the most we set aside for your car. Plenty of jobs take less, but the time is booked so nothing gets rushed or skipped. If anything with the work goes wrong or turns out not to be right, let us know within 2 weeks and we’ll correct it at no extra charge.

How long does it take?
Up to 2¼ hours for a small car, 2½ for a medium and 2¾ for a large one — that’s the time we set aside so nothing is rushed, and many cabins take less. Heavy rescues can run longer and are confirmed with you before we start. We work at your home — you'll need power and water available.
Can you get pet hair out?
Yes — it's stubborn, and it's routine for us. Embedded double-coat dog hair takes specialised tools and patience rather than a quick vacuum pass.
